On December 8, 2010, the Home Builders Association of Illinois presented it's annual "Of the Year" awards during the HBAI Installation of Officers Ceremony at the Sub-Zero and Wolf Showroom in Glendale Heights. The awards were presented to: Kevin Chaffin, Riverview Builders.....Builder of the Year Congratulations to Kevin, Dawn, David and to all the members that were nominated!
